LINDA Kriscenski | Owner / bROKER
Owner / Broker and long-time Burlington resident Linda Kriscenski has more than 30 years of service in the Farmington Valley and Litchfield Hills. Recognized in June 2011 by "Hartford Magazine" for outstanding real estate sales, Linda has a background of premier, high level advertising experience and over 20 years as a licensed appraiser. She has been Vice President and New Homes Division Director for one of Connecticut's largest real estate firms, responsible for developing the market vision and supervising the sales agents' efforts for over 52 New Home Subdivisions. She has also worked as a consultant to real estate developers during the crucial early stages of their endeavors, for banks and as a court recognized expert witness on CT land values.

Ali Kriscenski has been a marketing consultant to Summerfield Realty since it was founded and a licensed CT Realtor for over 20 years. She also has 12+ years leadership experience in business development, marketing + communications at international non-profits, environmental performance, and architecture firms in Europe, Boston and NYC. She holds a Master of Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College and a BA in Fine Arts from University of Connecticut. After living abroad for nearly a decade, Ali returned to CT and settled in Stonington where she has worked with construction teams building custom coastal homes. With a passion for reinvigorating existing properties, she recently acted as Owner’s Representative for a successful renovation in Groton managing design, construction, and marketing for a private real estate investor.
